What does the subscription include?

- A plan built just for you: We start by gathering all the important details: your age, running experience, current personal bests, and your next big target. From there, I design a structured training schedule that evolves with you, moving from building your aerobic base to speed endurance, faster intervals, and specific race-pace work as you get closer to your event.
- Continuous, flexible support: Each month, I’ll prepare your next block of training, carefully considering your feedback and progress. This isn’t a static plan; it’s a living document that adapts to how you’re feeling and performing.
- Unlimited contact: Life happens, and it can impact your training. You’ll have direct access to me anytime via telephone, email, Messenger, or WhatsApp. We can discuss anything from your training progress to lifestyle factors like work/life balance and nutrition that might be affecting your performance.
- In-person meet-ups: If we’re geographically close, we can arrange in-person sessions to check in on your progress and form. Post-race analysis: After your big race, we’ll analyse your training and performance together, drawing out key lessons to carry forward into your next goal.
